Programmatic Portals
The African American Wholistic Wellness Hub operates through four culturally grounded programmatic portals, each designed to restore wellness across every dimension of African American life.
Nganga ná Dibuti — Therapist in Residency addresses the absence of culturally congruent service providers by retaining seasoned licensed psychologists to provide culturally congruent training to psychology interns, who are then deployed to community-based organizations to provide restoration services.
Ndamu ye Diaku — Capacity Enhancement and Collaborative Partnerships works with agencies and organizations to produce equitable outcomes through frameworks grounded in African American epistemologies, histories, and lived realities — transforming agencies into spaces of restoration, dignity affirmation, and cultural congruence.
Zola Ngolo — Restoration Services provides comprehensive African Healing and Restorative Services designed to renew personhood, familyhood, and peoplehood bonds and connections across individuals, families, and groups.
Kizungu kia Kanda — Outreach Linkaging serves as the neighborhood activation arm of the Hub, establishing reciprocal relationships with institutions and community stakeholders, connecting people, families, neighborhoods, portals, and partners in a coherent, culturally grounded ecology of wellness.
